The coverage
Event photography documents an event as it unfolds: the key moments, the atmosphere of the room, guests in genuine interaction, speakers and honorees, and the branding and décor details that made the day yours. Coverage is documentary and observational, with light direction when it serves the moment — a cohesive visual story that reflects the intent, scale, and energy of your event.

How it works
Every event begins with a planning consultation — your agenda, timeline, priority guests, and any sponsor or branding obligations, confirmed in advance so nothing important is left to chance. On the day, coverage is discreet and respectful: an early arrival to scout the room and the light, then a quiet presence in the background, alert to the moments that matter and never disruptive to your guests.
A three-hour event typically delivers 150–200 professionally edited images, with the proof gallery ready within 7–10 business days.
Event coverage: 2 hours $600 · 3 hours $750 · 4 hours $1,000 · 5 hours $1,250. Shorter coverage is priced at a higher hourly rate; standard coverage runs $250 per hour from three hours. Large-scale productions and multi-team coverage are quoted separately.
Weddings
Weddings are covered the same way everything is: with presence over posing — the unguarded glance, the room as it felt, the people as they are. Coverage is planned personally with each couple, and quoted personally.
